Whyte Corporate Affairs further strengthens its Internal & Change team and welcomes two expert profiles to support its growth
Brussels, - To support the strong growth of its team specializing in leadership and change, Whyte Corporate Affairs has strengthened its offering with the arrival of two senior profiles. Their joining meets the growing demand for strategic advice and operational support in the field of change management and corporate transformation, as well as in the development of persuasive leadership within companies. Anne-Sophie Martin and Ann Massart have joined the team as senior advisors.
Anne-Sophie Martin (39) began her career in media relations and crisis communications. She quickly discovered a passion for employee communication and change management. After working for several years in the consulting world, where she supported numerous customers in a variety of sectors (energy, distribution, pharmaceuticals, heavy industry, etc.), Anne-Sophie became Group Internal Communications Manager at eDreams ODIGEO, one of the world's leading online travel companies, in 2016.
She has now decided to return to consulting at Whyte Corporate Affairs, where she is responsible for helping clients in terms of employer branding, crisis preparedness and successful team structure and management. Highly organized and proactive, Anne-Sophie is known and appreciated for her efficiency and calm approach in any circumstances.
Ann Massart (55) has been working in corporate communications for over 25 years, both in Brussels and Antwerp. Perfectly trilingual, Ann has a passion for internal communication and change management. Her experience in numerous departments and sectors (banking and insurance, automotive, telecoms and industry), enables her to get to grips with her dossiers very quickly.
Combining planning vision, intuition and a human style, she quickly earns the trust of her clients in sensitive contexts or business transformation situations. Ann is in charge of continuing the growth of the Internal & Change team's activities on the Dutch-speaking side of the country, particularly in Antwerp.
Florence Jaspart, head of the Internal & Change department, comments: "The arrival of these two experts is a major boost for our team, which will be able to respond to the increasing requests from our clients. Whyte Corporate Affairs is making a strategic choice by investing in the growth of this expertise. Nowadays organizations are facing numerous, fast-paced transformations. The need for seasoned consultants able not only to conduct in-depth strategic analysis, but also to support management and operational teams in the field, is greater than ever. Whether for sensitive announcements or more positive transformations, management needs effective, tailor-made communication, and we are at their side to shape it. We continue to recruit and seek out our future colleagues."
More generally, the strengthening of the Internal & Change team reflects the success of Whyte Corporate Affairs' entire portfolio of activities in recent years. The agency, which celebrated its 15th anniversary this year, continues to grow in both Brussels and Antwerp. It just announced the opening up of its capital to new shareholders, with the Belgian investment fund Finco acquiring a 49% stake.
