Whyte Corporate Affairs strengthens its team and organisation with the arrival of a Director of Operations

Valérie Allard has joined the team of Whyte Corporate Affairs and has taken up a new role as Director of Operations. Her arrival is part of the further development and growth of the agency.

After obtaining a Master’s degree in Commercial Engineering at the Brussels’ Solvay Business School at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB), Valérie started her career as a Public Relations Coordinator at business consulting firm EY. For the next 15 years she gained experience in diverse supporting roles at large international firms such as British Telecom and Deloitte. From there she went on to manage operations – from finance and HR over administration to IT – first at a local law firm and for the past 5 years at the international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright.

Valérie joined Whyte Corporate Affairs in a new role as Director of Operations through which she will contribute to the growth of the organisation. For the first time, the agency passed the mark of 5 million euro in gross revenue, representing a growth of 15% in 2020. At the same time, the whole team has been working on diversifying its offer: after opening a second office in Antwerp and creating a team specialising in internal communication and change management, Whyte has recently launched two new creative agencies to continue to shape its growth: Twyst and StudioTokyo.

In her new function, Valérie will be in charge of the operational management, leaving the Partners more time to focus on developing the business and advising clients, their core business.

“With the arrival of Valérie, Whyte Corporate Affairs is strengthening its internal organisation to meet the challenges of today and tomorrow. Throughout her career, Valérie has built a vast experience in operational excellence, analysis and process optimisation in consultancy companies. Thanks to her personality, Valérie easily builds good relationships with the different stakeholders. It is with great enthusiasm that we welcome Valérie into our team”, explains Sandrine Agie, Partner at Whyte Corporate Affairs.
